Space Use Expectations
Thank you for your interest in using the facilities at Nativity High School. We have been blessed with beautiful space and aspire to share our blessings with the community whenever possible. As a Catholic institution, we strive to ensure that all use of our campus reflects our mission of faith, service, and community. Please carefully review the following expectations for using school space.
General Guidelines
Respect the Sacred Nature of the Campus: Our school is a place of learning, prayer, and community. All conduct should reflect Christian charity and reverence for the mission of the school. Events must align with Catholic values. Activities contrary to Church teaching may not be hosted.
Supervision of Minors: Children under 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Use Only the Reserved Room(s): Please do not enter classrooms, offices, or other areas not included in your reservation.
Access: You will be given a key or a door code for access. Please return the key within one business day of your reservation, unless otherwise arranged.
Clean Up After Use: Return furniture to its original arrangement. Remove trash, personal items, and any decorations or materials brought in.
Care for the Space: No Food or Drink in Carpeted or Designated Areas unless prior approval is given. No Candles or Open Flames allowed, unless used in a liturgical context with permission.
Agreement
By using this space, you agree to uphold these expectations and return the room in the same condition in which it was given. Failure to do so may result in loss of access privileges and/or a fee for any damages.
Thank you for being part of our extended community. May your gathering be fruitful and marked by the peace of Christ.
